How to Apply

Candidates seeking admission in Evening Studies are required to submit certificate from the employer / or a certificate by self that he/she is employed / self – employed
Due to limited number of seats students are advised to fill in maximum subjects (in various groups) according to their preference
Final Allocation will be done in order of merit
Handbook of information and rules for admission- 2014 regarding Eligibility, number of seats, reservation policy etc. can be obtained from sale Counter, Administrative Block (Basement), Punjab University Chandigarh on cash payment of Rs 550/- and by post from the Manager, Publication Bureau, PU, Chandigarh-160014 against account payee Bank Draft of Rs 660/- drawn in favor of Registrar, Punjab University payable at Chandigarh

However finally admitted students, will be charged Rs 60/- as cost of admission form along with admission fees
Candidates seeking admission in Sports category shall along with admission form will submit the documents mentioned below to the concerned department
The candidates are required to appear for trial in proper sports kit along with original sports certificates at University Sports ground as per schedule between 15th July, 2014 to 18th July, 2014 (for schedule contact office of the Directorate of Sports Office Phone: 2541042)
Presence of candidates in the field at appointed time is mandatory

Self attested copies of sports certificates
DMC of Class 10th, 12th and BA showing date of birth
The affidavit of sports achievements available in Handbook of Information-2014 duly attested by a Notary / Megistrate Class-I/II on a stamp paper of Rs 5/-
Roster Form / List of players duly attested by the competent authority of concerned tournament / Championship
The photograph of the player should also be pasted on the certificate duly attested by the competent authority of concerned tournament / championship
